I also have a broad spectrum of experience working with visionary and energetic start-ups. My favourite area however is leading organizations through individual phases of establishing “data-driven supremacy” over their competitors.
Data is increasingly behind everything we do. It shapes business decisions large and small, and it has become the world’s most valuable commodity. I truly believe, that when data is high on the priority list, everything else about digital transformation will be as seamless as it gets.
It is obvious to me that modern organizations, regardless of their size and history, are radically different in terms of needs, infrastructure and culture. There is no one-size-fits-all solution, therefore I always adopt tactics and methods I use.
